Standard PAWCEDURES

• All dogs which stay with us for any matter of time must be non-aggressive. If any aggression is noted more than once or is severe, these dogs might be declined from staying. (This will always be evaluated on a case by case basis)

• I recommend all dogs be up to date on vaccinations, including kennel cough, however this is at your own discretion. No responsibility will be held by us for a dog contracting a preventable disease.

• All dogs must be up to date on flea and worming.

• Dogs will only be walked on standard leads, this means no retractable leads. If you do not have a standard lead, I have my own.

• As per law, your dog should be microchipped. I advise your details be up to date.

• All dogs must have collars/harnesses and ID tags supplied for them as is the law. The collars/harnesses must be secure, safe and fit the dog well.

• If I do not pick up my pet at the pre-arranged time, an additional DayCare fee(s) may be applied.

• All deposits are 50% of the total services requested and non-refundable, this amount will be applied to the final bill once a service has taken place.

• Payment for services completed will be made (in full) upon collection of the pet. A portion of the overall bill might be taken and applied as a deposit. If this is so, then I will pay the remainder of the bill on collection.

• If a bill is left outstanding a late fee charge will be applied at £5 per day.

• While we accept there will be the occasional accident when a dog first arrives and is getting adjusted, please be aware that if your dog is unclean (urine or faeces) in the house there will be a charge of £2 for each accident clean up.

• If your dog is aggressive, bullying other dogs or is destructive we will need to separate your dog from others. If this behaviour is excessive, we may ask you to find alternative placement for your dog asap. This is keeping with the safety and happiness of other client’s dogs.

• Photos and videos are taken while your pet is with us, these are uploaded to our dedicated Instagram and Facebook pages and are available for you to view and download.

• If any information we hold on your pet changes, you must let us know before we see your pet next.
